LA LIGA DE LA JUSTICIA

La Liga de la Justicia es un grupo de superhéroes de la DC Comics. En sus origenes dentro del libro "The Brave and the Bold #28" de 1960, la Liga contó con los siguientes superhéroes: Superman, Batman, la Mujer Maravilla, Flash, Linterna Verde, Aquaman y el Detective Marciano.
Cuando en los 50s DC Comics reintrodujo un gran número de superhéroes de la Edad de Oro la compañía le preguntó al escritor Gardner Fox reintroducir la Sociedad de la Justicia de Amérida. Fox, influenciado por su amor a la popular Liga Nacional de Béisbol y las Ligas Mayores, decidió cambiarle el nombre al grupo de Sociedad por Liga de la Justicia. La Liga de la Justicia de Amérida debutó en 1960 y rápidamente se convirtió en uno de los títulos de mayor venta para DC Comics. Fox escribió todas las historias de los 60s con el artista Mike Sekowsky trabajando los primeros cinco años juntos.
Como con la Sociedad de la Justicia, el concepto de la Liga de la Justicia es simple, incluir a todos los personajes populares de la DC en un libro, por eso la alineación original incluyó al Hombre de Acero, el Hombre Murciélago, el Rey de los Siete Mares, el Hombre Más Rápido del Mundo, Linterna Verde y a la Princesa Amazona.

First appearing in The Brave and the Bold #28 (1960), the League originally appeared with a line-up that included Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman and the Martian Manhunter.
Having successfully re-introduced a number of their Golden Age superhero characters (Flash, Green Lantern, etc.) during the late 1950s, DC Comics asked writer Gardner Fox to re-introduce the Justice Society of America. Fox, influenced by the popularity of the National Football League and Major League Baseball, decided to change the name of the team from Justice Society to Justice League. The Justice League of America debuted in The Brave and the Bold #28 (1960), and quickly became one of the company's best-selling titles. Fox wrote virtually all of the League's adventures during the 1960s, and artist Mike Sekowsky pencilled the first five years.
As with the Justice Society, the concept of the Justice League was simple: to include all of DC's most popular characters in one book (hence the original lineup included Superman, Batman, Aquaman, the Flash, Green Lantern and Wonder Woman.
