OKAY, HOY LES TRAEMOS LA VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL DE ESTA SÚPER SORPRESA DE PARTE DE NUESTRO QUERIDO AMIGO RORY,TWIRLING KANGA. CON LA PELI ANIMADA DE LA MUJER MARAVILLA TAMBIÉN SALE A LA VENTA UN LIBRO DE LA MISMA. ÉL YA LO TIENE Y NOS COMPARTE DOS GRANDES NOTICIAS DE LA HISTORIA.

1.- EN EL INICIO, LAS AMAZONAS DE HIPÓLITA ESTÁN TRATANDO DE ESCAPAR DE ARES, EL DIOS DE LA GUERRA, QUIEN POR DÉCADAS LAS HA MANTENIDO APRISIONADAS. CON AYUDA DE LAS DIOSAS ATENEA Y HERA, LAS AMAZONAS HACEN DE TODO PARA SALVARSE. CUANDO FINALMENTE HIPÓLITA ESTÁ LUCHANDO CONTRA ARES, SE REVELA QUE EL DIOS TIENE UN NUEVO HIJO LLAMADO THRANX. Y NINGUNA DE LAS AMAZONAS PUEDE IGUALÁRSELE EN BATALLA. Y ES ENTONCES QUE LA REINA DE LAS AMAZONAS SE LANZA CONTRA THRANX Y LE CORTA LA CABEZA PARA HORROR DE ARES.

2.- FINALMENTE, LA MUJER QUE APARECE EN LA HISTORIA JUNTO A ARES SI ES UNA AMAZONA Y SE LLAMA PERSÉFONE. PERO DE ELLA NO LES CONTAREMOS MÁS POR AHORA. HABRÁ QUE ESPERAR HASTA MARZO PARA SER MÁS FELICES.

Anyhow, I pre-ordered this months ago & received it in the mail yesterday (on Christmas Eve). To say I was thrilled is an understatement!! I'll give you a few *Spoilers* to let you know why as a fellow obsessed WW/Amazon fan you MUST own this novel.

The book starts off with Hippolyta, Artemis, & the other Amazons fighting a bloody & brutal battle with Ares & his minions. Through treachery & deceit, Ares has captured the Amazons & held them captive for decades (yes,I said decades). With the help of the goddesses Athena & Hera, the Amazons are doing everything they can to be free. Here's a jaw-dropper for you. Prepare yourself (LOL).

While Hippolyta is fighting Ares (doing her best to kill him), it's revealed that he fathered a demonic son with her called "Thrax". Thrax is also engaged in the fight with the Amazons. None of whom can match his skill & ferocity in battle. This forces Hippolyta to disengage from her clash with Ares. The next moment she locates Thrax & BEHEADS him with her sword. Much to the shock & horror of Ares.

The only other Spoiler I'll share is that the woman we've seen in the screen-grabs with Ares *IS* an Amazon. Her name is Persephone. Are you salivating like a dog yet? The novel is three hundred & some odd pages. Did you see the new screen-grabs from the animated movie that were posted on the DC WW board the other day? They featured Ares,Artemis, Diana, & the other Amazons, etc.. If not,you should check them out.
